1. Mlink X2 bga rework machine is using V-groove design with flexible and removable universal fixture make positioning the PCB easily and protect the pcb from damage, it is suitable for all kinds of BGA repair.
2. Mlink X2 bga rework machine with high-definition CCD color optical vision system, which can help you to analyze the key melting point in the desoldering and soldering process.
3. Mlink X2 is equipped with and HD camera with standard VGA output (compatible any monitor), they can auto amplify welding point, and improve precise welding rate.

9. High-precision K-type thermocouple wire temperature sensor with closed loop control, PID auto-tuning temperature system, combined with highly sensitive temperature module for the precise temperature control, the temperature error controlled within ± 2 degree .
10. The external sensor of Mlink X2 can detect temperature precisely, analyze and calibrate the real temperature curve accurately.
11. It is with alloy BGA air nozzles which can realize 360 degree rotation (5 units included), they are easy to install and replace, offering customized service (a viable more than 15 sizes sold separately).
12. Powerful cross-flow fan to cool the PCB board automatically after desoldering and soldering, it can prevent the deformation of PCB board to ensure the welding effect
